Manufacturing Facility Inauguration - Pune In April 2025, GreenVoltz expanded its manufacturing footprint with the opening of a second facility in Pune. This plant was strategically established to meet growing demand for high-capacity battery packs and energy storage systems across western and southern India.
Spanning 6,200 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space, the facility is designed for both cylindrical and prismatic battery production and supports advanced chemistries including NMC, LFP, and LMFP under a single roof. Equipped with advanced automation, quality testing labs, and dedicated production zones, the Pune facility strengthens GreenVoltz’s in-house capabilities and reinforces its commitment to faster delivery, better customisation, and end-to-end control over the entire production process.

Launch of PowerLake Series ESS at EV Tech India Expo GreenVoltz introduced the PowerLake Series—its flagship line of advanced Energy Storage Systems—at the EV Tech India Expo 2025. Designed for both residential and commercial use, PowerLake ESS offers compact, scalable solutions ranging from 50kWh to 400kWh, setting new benchmarks in performance and reliability.

VolticGreen Mobility Honoured as a "Top 10 Lithium Battery Manufacturer" In 2024, VolticGreen Mobility was recognised by Industry Outlook as one of the Top 10 Lithium Battery Manufacturers in India. The award came shortly after the company marked its first anniversary and highlights its commitment to innovation, manufacturing excellence, and customer satisfaction. With hundreds of GreenVoltz batteries already deployed, a growing customer base across regions, and dedicated service centres in Chennai and Noida, VolticGreen continues to expand its footprint. Its Pune facility is also on track to be fully operational by Q4 2024, further strengthening its position in the clean energy space.

Company Inception GreenVoltz was founded in 2023 by Mr. Sridhar Iyer and Mr. Mahesh Behra—two experienced professionals with deep roots in technology and manufacturing. With a shared passion for electric mobility and clean energy, they set out to create a battery company built on innovation, precision, and long-term sustainability.
Mr. Sridhar brings over three decades of cross-industry expertise in technology, project management, and strategy, backed by academic credentials from IIT Bombay and the University of St. Thomas, USA. His vision for smarter, safer energy storage helped shape the core of GreenVoltz’s technology roadmap.
Mr. Mahesh complements that vision with extensive experience in the automobile sector, including supplier management and production systems. A hands-on entrepreneur with patents in manufacturing and a strong background in solar-powered systems, Mahesh adds depth to GreenVoltz’s production excellence.
Together, they laid the foundation for a company that combines technical strength, operational discipline, and a clear commitment to a cleaner energy future.
